Rangers win Clydesdale Bank Hospitality Award 2009

Ranger’s outstanding hospitality services, provided by Azure, have won an award from Clydesdale Bank, sponsors of the Scottish Premier League (SPL).

The Club was awarded The Best Hospitality award at the Clydesdale Bank seasonal awards in Glasgow on the 11th May.

For the second year running, Rangers picked up the Best Hospitality Award, which is decided by guests attending matches at all SPL clubs. Rangers took the award for developing a diverse range of hospitality at Ibrox.

Over the course of the season Clydesdale Bank guests have attended hospitality at all 12 SPL clubs and the guests were asked to rank their experiences based on set criteria such as quality of food, quality of service and overall experience.

Martin Bain, Chief Executive of Rangers Football Club, said: “I am delighted that the efforts of our hospitality teams have been recognised as best practice in the SPL this season. This is the second year running we have won the Best Hospitality Award which is testament to the unique way our team delivers the hospitality experience at Ibrox. Winning these awards means a great deal to everyone within the Club and I would personally like to thank all staff involved.”
